Greetings and Namaste!
We recently had John A. Adams with us at Unity Center for Spiritual Growth in Athens, GA. We wanted to share with you what a blessing John was for our growing ministry.
After first hearing of John, I read sections of his book, Miracles at Work: Building Your Business From the Soul Up, and I felt his message and his proven success in the business world would resonate strongly with our congregants. That certainly proved to be true. We scheduled John to speak at a Sunday service and afternoon workshop (“Worth-shop”). The message John presented during the service was sincere, motivating, and “real.” His emphasis was on conquering fear with love and putting God first. He revealed how he used spiritual principles to build a thriving, love-based company.
During the workshop, John covered a wealth of material in an interesting, engaging style. His ice-breaker exercises were fun and revealed some wonderful new dimensions to our church family. Before the day was over people were thanking us for having him and asking us to please book him again. One person said, “I’ve heard many motivational speakers in my life – I felt John’s sincerity, warmth, and “real person” style outshines many ‘famous’ speakers.”
Communications with John and his assistant, Natalie, were professional, friendly, and timely. They responded to my calls and emails promptly. Further, once John arrived in town, he was “accessible” – we scheduled a Saturday dinner so folks could get to know him before the Sunday events. We had a great turnout and people enjoyed talking to him over a relaxed meal.
Further, we were able to get our local paper, the Athens-Banner Herald, to write up a story on John – the publicity was great for our church and it ended up being a half-page article.
I would highly recommend John Adams as a speaker and workshop presenter for your group. His book is great, his message sincere and inspiring, and his workshop fun, informative and interactive.
If you would like further information on our experience with John, please don’t hesitate to give me a call.
In Love and Light,
Rev. Bronte Colbert
